Presented in its original leather bound and velvet-lined green box, the inner lid stamped with the retailers mark. Hallmarked Russian gold 56 (585), Made by Karl Bock.

DESCRIPTION

Antique late-19th Century Imperial Russian 14k gold stickpin, in the form of the Imperial double-headed eagle surmounted with a crown, a ruby cabochon set in the centre. Presented in its original leather bound and velvet-lined green box, the inner lid stamped with the retailers mark. Hallmarked Russian gold 56 (585 gold standard), Made in St. Petersburg during the reign of Tsar Nicholas II, circa 1890, Made by Karl Bock, a jeweler of the Russian Imperial Court.
