DESCRIPTION
Genuine and exceptional vintage Patek Philippe "Ellipse" 18 carat yellow Gold quartz wristwatch (ref. 3848), manual wind movement, champagne dial with Roman numerals, black pointed hands, brushed and polished oval case, later leather "Swiss Made" strap with original Patek Philippe gold buckle. The genuine watch, comes without box or paper, as often for vintage pieces. This is a very elegant vintage Patek Philippe, midsize watch, it dates to the 1980's.
