Exquisite and very fine old cut Antique Diamonds, guilloche' Enamel and 14 Carat Gold Brooch, beautifully designed as a naturalistic branch of fine leaves, the central leaf is set with 20 cushion-shaped diamonds plus another 7 smaller diamonds are set in the gold mount (over 2CT in total approx.). The gold is marked 14k (14 carat gold standard).
