DESCRIPTION
Antique 19th Century Victorian Scottish 14 Carat Gold bracelet, formed as a series of eight graduated ovals, each beautifully engraved and inlaid with different types of agates, plus one oval panel hanging from the central one, the reverse mounted with a plaque set with blond hair, protected by glass.
The bracelet is beautifully and intricately decorated, it comes in its original leather bound fitted box, stamped inside (mark a bit faded, difficult to read).
The gold is unmarked, as always the case for Victorian pieces such this, but the gold has been tested and shows 14 carat purity (585 standard). The bracelet dates to year 1890's.
