19th Century pair of Japanese Meiji period Silver vases, the baluster form bodies with elongated flower-shaped neck are applied with an exceptional cast wisteria flowers and beautifully cloisonne enamelled. Hallmarked with Japanese 'Jun-gin' mark meaning 'pure silver' (950+), used primary during the Meiji period (1868-1912) and often crafted by former Samurai.

Antique 19th Century pair of Japanese Meiji period Solid Silver vases, the baluster form bodies with elongated flower-shaped neck are applied with an exceptional cast wisteria flowers and beautifully cloisonne enamelled. The pair is Hallmarked with Japanese 'Jun-gin' mark meaning 'pure silver' (950+ high grade silver, the finest silver the world has ever known), used primary during the Meiji period (1868-1912) and often crafted by former Samurai.
