19th Century Japanese Silver coffee pot, of baluster form, lobed body applied with cast flowers, handle cast as a wooden branch, pull-off lid surmounted by a naturalistic finial. Hallmarked with Japanese marks, probably the silversmith's mark, the silver has been acid tested and shows a 900+ standard. The piece is typically Meiji, dating to 1890's.

Antique 19th Century rare and unusual Japanese Solid Silver coffee pot, of baluster form, lobed body applied with cast flowers, handle cast as a wooden branch, pull-off lid surmounted by a naturalistic finial.

The piece is Hallmarked with Japanese marks, probably the silversmith's mark, the silver has been acid tested and shows a 900+ standard. The piece is typically Meiji, dating to 1890's.
