ANTIQUE 19thC FRENCH SOLID SILVER 4 PIECE TEA & COFFEE SERVICE, PARIS c.1890
Antique late-19th Century French solid silver four piece tea & coffee service, comprising of a coffee pot, tea pot, lidded sugar bowl and cream jug, each shaped body standing on a scroll feet, the body chased and embossed with intertwining scrolls, roses and foleage, extremely decorative and well made design. The c-shaped scroll handles leaf caped, the hinged covers set with lovely cast floral finials, sides engraved with initials. Each piece is hallmarked French silver (Minerva 950 Standard), Paris, Maker Maison Fray.
