Adolfo Cipriani, alternatively recognized as Ada, hailed from Florence and lived from 1857 to 1941. He was a distinguished Italian sculptor whose creative career spanned roughly from 1880 to 1930. Cipriani gained acclaim for his masterful creations in marble and alabaster, tailored to appeal to a global audience. His artistic endeavors during the turn of the century predominantly featured allegorical and portrait figures, characterised by the Art Nouveau aesthetic.
