19th Century Chinese export silver mug, of traditional shape and large size, the body is embossed with beautiful battle scenes in relief depicting Chinese warriors fighting amongst village landscape, double walled and richly gilt, the front centering with an engraved cartouche, 'To H.W.B from A Wong. M. D, Canton July 1877' , the side mounted with a handle that is beautifully modelled as a dragon and richly gilt interior.

Hallmarked with Chinese makers mark (WEN JI 記文 of Canton) and LC for LeeChing.
