ANTIQUE 19thC EXCEPTIONAL BURMESE SOLID SILVER HAND CRAFTED BOWL c.1880
19th Century Burmese, Myanmar Silver repousse' bowl, large size and particularly heavy gauge, repousse' decorated in high relief with scenes from the Burmese mythology, representing various figures and animals in a landscape, with very detailed battle scenes.
The base is engraved with a tiger symbol, acid tested shows a high 900+ standard silver purity, judging by the quality and style the bowl dates to the 1880's.

Antique 19th Century Burmese, Myanmar Solid Silver repousse' bowl, large size and particularly heavy gauge, repousse' decorated in high relief with scenes from the Burmese mythology, representing various figures and animals in a landscape, with very detailed battle scenes.
