Antique 19th Century rare pair of George III solid silver telescopic candlesticks, knopped cylindrical stems on circular bases, gadrooned borders, original removable nozzles, all parts engraved with a family crest (a duck and motto "Optimum Pati").

Bases and nozzles are Hallmarked English silver (925 standard), Sheffield, year 1809 (K), Maker's mark I.R&Co (John Roberts & Co).
