19th Century Georgian Silver lidded cup / wine cooler, raised on a circular embellished foot, applied cast handles with Bacchus mask junctions, applied grapevine band, the lower body realistically chased with leaves, matching cover also embellished, terminating with a stunning cast finial. Hallmarked English Silver (925), London, year 1813 (S), Maker's mark REEB for Rebecca Emes & Edward Barnard I.

Antique 19th Century Georgian Solid Silver lidded cup / wine cooler, raised on a circular embellished foot, applied cast handles with Bacchus mask junctions, applied grapevine band, the lower body realistically chased with leaves, matching cover also embellished, terminating with a stunning cast finial. The inside is richly gilt. The cup is large and can be used as wine cooler.

Both parts are fully Hallmarked English Silver (925 Standard), London, year 1813 (S), Maker's mark REEB (Rebecca Emes & Edward Barnard I, very important silversmiths, please follow this link to Victoria & Albert Museum collection for a similar piece).

Condition

In Great Condition - no damage, just general wear.
