19th Century Georgian four piece tea and coffee set, comprising of a coffee pot, teapot, sugar bowl and cream jug, each piece beautifully chased with scrolls and flowers, scenes of cherubs eating grapes, leaf-capped handles applied terminating with cast female heads, each piece standing on shaped domed foot, lids are surmounted by a cast finial beautifully modelled as a seated Oriental man.
Hallmarked English silver (925 standard), London, year 1822 (g), Maker JA for Joseph Angell I.

Antique 19th Century Georgian exeptional four piece tea and coffee set, comprising of a coffee pot, teapot, sugar bowl and cream jug, each piece beautifully chased with scrolls and flowers, scenes of cherubs eating grapes, leaf-capped handles applied terminating with cast female heads, each piece standing on shaped domed foot, lids are surmounted by a cast finial beautifully modelled as a seated Oriental man. Sides engraved with impressive family crests and moto; Suaviter in modo, fortiter in re (Gentle in manner, resolute in deed). All parts are Hallmarked English silver (925 standard), London, year 1822 (g), Maker JA (Joseph Angell I)
