Antique 19th Century rare set of four Georgian Solid Silver table salts, large size and exceptionally heavy gauge, each of circular form, richly parcel gilt, resting on four cast scrolling foliage feet, embossed and applied with tavern scenes in the style of the Dutch painter David Teniers. Each piece is Hallmarked English silver (925 standard), London, year 1826 (l), Maker's mark EF (Edward Farrell, one of the greatest English silversmiths of all time).
