18th Century Georgian silver tea kettle on a three feet spirit burner stand. The inverted pear-shaped pot is profusely embossed with a very detailed floral and scroll decoration, with a wicker bound swinging scroll handle, embellished leaf-capped spout, openwork stand featuring floral garlands and scrolls, figural leaf-capped scroll feet. The hinged lid in the same style is surmounted by a acorn finial.
Hallmarked English silver (925), London, year 1769 (D), Maker's mark GH possibly for George Hindmarsh.

The kettle and the stand are Hallmarked English silver (925 Standard), London, year 1769 (D), Maker's mark GH (possibly George Hindmarsh).
