Antique early 20th Century American solid silver three piece tea set, comprising a teapot, sugar bowl, and milk jug. Each piece features very unusual scenes depicting finely detailed architectural scenes of large Indian temples set among palm trees, with additional repoussé decoration including lilies and thistles on the teapot lid. A holly cow is depicted on the milk jug and floral foliate motifs accent the handle terminals. All three pieces stand on flared, circular feet.
Hallmarked “BARTON SILVER” to the base, with no accompanying marks, tested 925 silver.
