ANTIQUE 19thC AUSTRIAN SILVER-GILT & PAINTED ENAMEL CLOCK, KARL BENDER c.1880
19th Century Austrian silver gilt & hand painted enamel clock, heart shaped, mounted with fresh water pearls and a figural finial, elevated by a figure of Poseidon on a triangular base. The corners set with three Hippocampus (mythical sea horses), beautifully hand enamelled with floral scrolls and oval panels depicting classical scenes.
