20th Century German Silver model of a ship, called "Nef", in the style of the 15th-16th Century examples, impressive and very detailed. The three-masted galleon with pierced gallery and crew on board deck, the hull decorated in relief with mermen and floral bands, raised on four hippocampus supports with spoked wheels. Hallmarked with English silver import marks (925), London, year 1931 (q), Imported by Adolph Barsach Davis.

Antique 20th Century rare German Solid Silver model of a ship, called "Nef" (for more information please follow this link), in the style of the 15th-16th Century examples, impressive and very detailed. The three-masted galleon with pierced gallery and crew on board deck, the hull decorated in relief with mermen and floral bands, raised on four hippocampus supports with spoked wheels.
