20th Century German Hanau Silver large and decorative figure modelled as a parrot, particularly large, very naturalistically well-refined, with hinged wings and pull-off head set with glass eyes, depicted perching on the branch of a tree above a rocky crag. Marked with German silver purity mark (800) and the Maker's mark for Gebruder Neumann.

DESCRIPTION
Antique early 20th Century German Hanau Solid Silver large and decorative figure modelled as a parrot, particularly large, very naturalistically well-refined, with hinged wings and pull-off head set with glass eyes, depicted perching on the branch of a tree above a rocky crag. The tip of the tree has a small hinged cap. Both the filled base and the neck bear the German silver purity mark (800 standard) and the Maker's mark for Gebruder Neumann, active in Hanau in the early 20th Century.
CONDITION
In Great Condition - no damage, just general wear.
