19th Century German Silver mounted pair of extremely large wine claret jugs, each panelled tapering body beautifully cut, mounted with a silver collar chased with floral swags and scrolls, cast scroll handles, each hinged lid is topped with a decorative finial with dolphins. Hallmarked German silver (800), Bremen, year 1890's, Maker's mark for Koch & Bergfeld.

Antique 19th Century German Solid Silver mounted pair of extremely large wine claret jugs, each panelled tapering body beautifully cut, mounted with a silver collar chased with floral swags and scrolls, cast scroll handles, each hinged lid is topped with a decorative finial with dolphins.
Both covers are Hallmarked German silver (800 standard), Bremen, year 1890's, Maker's mark for Koch & Bergfeld (important manufacturer founded in 1829), serial number "9902".
