19th Century Victorian Silver set of four salts and spoons on the original salver tray, each salt is beautifully embossed with scrolls and flowers on a matted ground, richly parcel gilt, they rest on the original matching salver tray, of shaped circular form, hand-chased scrolling foliate and floral decoration. Hallmarked English Silver (925), London, year 1848 (n), Maker's mark G.R for George John Richards.

Antique mid-19th Century rare Victorian Solid Silver set of four salts and spoons on the original salver tray, each salt is beautifully embossed with scrolls and flowers on a matted ground, richly parcel gilt, they rest on the original matching salver tray, of shaped circular form, hand-chased scrolling foliate and floral decoration. Each piece is engraved with the same crest.

Each piece is Hallmarked English Silver (925 Standard), London, year 1848 (n), Maker's mark G.R (George John Richards), the spoons are original to the set, dating to the same year but as often the case they bear a different Maker's mark C.B, for Charles Boyton II.

In Great Condition - no damage.
