19th Century Indian Kutch, Bhuj, Gujarat region, silver vase, all over finely chased with scrolling leaves and flower pattern on a finely tooled background, the main body depicting hunting scenes, flying birds, surrounded by floral decoration typical of Kutch work. The boarder top of the vase has pierced decoration, acid tested (900+ standard), the piece dates to 1880's.

Antique 19th Century Indian Kutch (Cutch), Bhuj, Gujarat region, beautifully hand crafted solid silver vase, all over finely chased with scrolling leaves and flower pattern on a finely tooled background, the main body depicting hunting scenes, flying birds, surrounded by floral decoration typical of Kutch work. The boarder top of the vase has pierced decoration. Heavy gauge and extremely high quality of the workmanship, acid tested (900+ standard), the piece dates to 1880's.
