Antique 19th Century Norwegian solid silver and cloisonné enamel tea cutlery set, consisting of a tea spoon, tea strainer and sugar tongs, the silver is richly gilt, decorated with blue turquoise enamel on wirework scrolls, with white beaded boarder on matted silver ground.

Antique 19th Century Norwegian solid silver and cloisonne' enamel tea cutlery set, consisting of a tea spoon, tea strainer and sugar tongs, the silver is richly gilt, decorated with blue turquoise enamel on wirework scrolls, with white beaded boarder on matted silver ground.

Each item Hallmarked Norwegian silver (925 standard), Oslo, year 1880-1925, Maker's mark for David Andersen, one of the best Norwegian gold and silversmiths of all time who is particularly famous for his enamel work.
