Antique mid-19th Century German solid silver traveling cutlery set, made in the style of the early 17th century Augsburg examples, the set comprising a fork, a knife and a spoon, each richly gilt and beautifully engraved, handles mounted with enamel plaques, depicting floral bouquets on white eggshell ground. The silver tested (900+ standard), apparently unmarked.
